Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cups plus 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil; plus, more for pan
• 1 cup sugar; plus, more
• 2 cups cake flour
• 1/3 cup almond flour or hazelnut flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 3 tablespoons Grand Marnier
• 1 tablespoon finely grated lemon zest
• 3 tablespoon fresh Meyer lemon juice (if using regular lemon increase sugar to 1 cup)
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 3 large eggs
