Ingredients

• 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 1 cup Pistachios, grated
• 1 tsp sweet poppy seeds
• 1 egg yolk, beaten with a little water, for the spread
• 4 sausages with orange
• 4 green apples, peeled and diced
• Juice of ½ lemon
• 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
• 1 cup bread crumbs, stale
• 2 egg whites, preferably organic
• 200 g gruyere cheese (grated)
