Ingredients

• 1/2 cup onion, finely minced
• 1 Tablespoon butter
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup MUSSELMAN’S ® Apple Butter
• 2 Tablespoons MUSSELMAN’S ® Apple Cider Vinegar
• dash hot sauce
• 2 pounds ground beef
• 1 egg, lightly beaten
• 20 crackers, butter style, crushed into crumbs
• 2 Tablespoons MUSSELMAN’S ® Apple Butter
• 8 slices sourdough bread
• softened butter for the bread
• 8 slices of mild cheese
• 1/4 cup MUSSELMAN’S ® Apple Butter
• 1 Tablespoon MUSSELMAN’S ® Apple Cider Vinegar
• dash of hot sauce
• 4 thick slices of Apple Butter Meatloaf (above)
• 4 leaves butter lettuce
