- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 4 Egg
- 4 tbsp Milk
- 3 pieces Balls of stem ginger in syrup, finely chopped
- 75 g Fairtrade Tate & Lyle Icing Sugar
- 50 ml Stem ginger syrup from the jar
