Saucy Steak recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 1 kg minute steak cutinto pieces washed and drained.
• 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger 🫚 garlic
• 2 tablespoon mayo
• 2 teaspoon chilli powder
• 2 teaspoon crushed chillies
• 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo
• ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• 1 teaspoon salt
• Add in 1 sliced onion
• 1 sliced green pepper
• 2 slit chillies
• ½ cup Tomato sauce
• ½ cup chilli sauce
• ½ cup mustard sauce
• 2 tablespoon tomato puree
