• 1 cup frozen corn
• 1 15 oz. can black beans,drained and rinsed
• 2 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 6 green bell peppers with tops, seeds and veins removed
• 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
