One Pan Mustard Tarragon Chicken – Morton & Bassett

Ingredients

• 1 lb skin on, bone in chicken thighs and drumsticks
• 2 T butter
• 4 Shallots sliced in half
• 1 tsp Morton and Bassett Ground Mustard
• 1 tsp White wine vinegar
• 1 tsp water
• 1 tsp Morton and Bassett Tarragon
• 2 cups white wine
• Salt and Pepper to taste
