• 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate
• 1/2 cup unsweetened dutch processed cocoa powder
• 2 1/2 cups sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt (if using table salt, cut in half)
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
