Ingredients

• 3 tbsp cider vinegar
• 3 tbsp apple juice
• 4 tsp liquid honey
• 1 tbsp light soy sauce
• 4 tsp vegetable oil
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 5 cups finely shredded cabbage
• 1 small unpeeled apple, julienned
• salt and pepper
• thin strips of cooked turkey
