Ingredients

• 450 g (16 oz) Italpasta Artisan Radiatori
• 1 lb (500 g) fresh chorizo sausage (crumbled)
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) butter
• 3 cloves garlic (minced)
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) finely chopped fresh thyme
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) all-purpose flour
• 2 1/2 cups (625 mL) 2% milk
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) each salt and pepper
• 2 cups (500 mL) shredded Cheddar cheese
• 1 wheel (150 g) herb cheese spread (crumbled)
• 1/4 tsp (60 mL) grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) finely chopped fresh parsley
