• 1 onion, finely minced
• 2 eggs, mixed
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1-2 teaspoons dry herbs and spices, optional
• 1/2 Tablespoon butter or oil
• 2-4 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/2 cup honey
• 3/4 cup ketchup
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
