• 2 cloves garlic

• 2 tbsp. buttermilk powder
• 1 ½ tsp. Kowalski's Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice (from the Produce Department)
• 1 tbsp. anchovy paste (optional)
• 1-2 tbsp. water
• as needed for desired consistency
