Beef and blue cheese are a time-honored match but adding Fire and Smoke Society's Black & Tan seasoning sends these burgers over the top.
Ingredients
- Four 6- to 8-ounce beef patties (preferably brisket blend)
- About 1½ tablespoons Black & Tan seasoning
- 4 ¼-inch slices creamy blue cheese, like Cambozola or Gorgonzola
- 8 4-inch strips bacon, lightly cooked
- Thinly sliced red onion
- 4 Brioche buns
- For serving: Mayo, F&S Original BBQ Sauce, or leaf lettuce (optional)
