Ingredients

• 3 Weet-Bix™, finely crushed
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder (40g)
• 1/4 cup almond meal (30g)
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/3 cup brown sugar or coconut sugar (70g)
• 2 tbsp So Good™ Unsweetened Almond Milk
• 1 egg, whisked
• 2 tbsp olive oil or neutral flavoured oil (40ml)
