Caramel Apple Pizza

Ingredients

• 1-¾ to 2-¼ cups all purpose flour
• 1 (2-¼ tsp.) envelope Fleischmann's ® Pizza Crust Yeast
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• ¾ teaspoon salt
• ⅔ cup very warm water (120° to 130°F)*
• 3 tablespoons corn oil
• 2 tart green apples, peeled
• ⅓ cup brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons corn starch
• ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1-½ tablespoons butter OR margarine, melted
• 1-½ tablespoons corn syrup, light
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• ¼ cup chopped peanuts
