Ingredients

• 1 fresh unripe pear peeled, cored and cut into 2cm pieces
• 75 g dried apricots rouhly chopped
• 125 g lacé cherries, half rouhly chopped, the rest whole
• 4 tbsp. golden sultanas
• 50 mL white wine vinegar
• 250 mL white wine
• 200 g caster sugar
• 1 tbsp. mustard powder
• 2 tbsp. yellow mustard seeds
• 1 tbsp. crushed red chili flakes
