• 1 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
• 1/4 cup Lukewarm Water
• 1 1/4 teaspoon Active dry yeast
• 1 teaspoon Sugar
• 3/4 teaspoon Salt
• 1 tablespoon Garlic minced
• 1/2 tablespoon Rosemary finely chopped
• 1 1/2 cup Green zucchini shredded
• 1 tablespoon Sunflower seeds
• 2 tablespoons Water to add to the dough
