• ½ cup butter – you can add more to taste after sauce thickens
• 2 cups heavy whipping cream
• 4 – 6 ounces cream cheese
• 2 garlic gloves, minced
• 1 tablespoon garlic powder
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon pepper
• 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
• Parsley, chopped
• Lemon, optional
