- Washed mixed salad leaves
- 1 large carrot, grated
- 1/2 jar artichoke hearts
- 100g beansprouts
- 50-100g sauerkraut/kimchi
- 1 handful chopped walnuts
- 1 handful chopped parsley, rocket or coriander
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 2 tbs balsamic vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
