Dirty Chai Pancakes – These are the Days

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups pancake and baking mix (1/2 a bag)
• 1 tablespoon finely ground coffee
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
• 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• pinch of cloves
• 1 egg
• 1 cup coconut milk or whole milk
• 2 tablespoons coconut oil, butter or ghee, melted
