• - 2 tablespoons cooking oil
• - 1 jar of 35 oz Polar Marinated Mushrooms
• - 1 tablespoon of Polar Fish Sauce
• - 1 tablespoon of Polar Soy Sauce
• - 1 tablespoon of Polar Oyster Sauce
• - 2 teaspoons cornstarch
• - 3 tablespoons water
• - 1 sliced red chile pepper
• - 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
