• 1/3 cup sour cream
• 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• Filling
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1/2 cup finely diced pears
• 1/2 cup finely chopped toasted hazelnuts
• 3 tablespoons pear butter (homemade or store-bought)
• 1 egg, beaten
