1 Pan Chicken Fajita Tray Bake Recipe – Ashley's Place
Juicy spiced chicken, colourful capsicum and onion all baked in one tray – serve with fajitas and toppings for a fast family favourite.
Ingredients
- 🫑 500g of Chicken thigh mine were big so i used 2 but if smaller use more
- 🫑 1 red onion sliced
- 🫑 3 capsicums sliced red, green & yellow
- 🫑 3/4 Tsp Cumin Powder
- 🫑 1 Tsp of Paprika
- 🫑 1/4 Tsp of Chili
- 🫑 4-5 garlic cloves crushed
- 🫑 1 Lemon Juiced
- 🫑 1/4 tsp salt
- 🫑 Tortilla Wraps of your choosing mine weren’t great they fell apart 🙊
- Sauce:
- 🫑 2-3 tsp of Siracha sauce
- 🫑 2 Heaped Tbsp of Greek Yogurt 
- 🫑 A squeeze of lemon or lime whatever you have
- 🫑 And a large corn on the cob 🌽 you can use can if you need
