Ingredients

• 1burger bun
• ¼ cup ofmilk
• 2 TBSP offrying oil (any kind) (adjust if needed)
• 1onion - peeled and finely chopped
• 1 LB ofground beef (preferably 85/15 or 80/20)
• 1 LB ofplain pork sausage (preferably plain, but Italian works too)
• 4eggs
• 3 cloves ofgarlic - peeled and minced
• 2 TSP ofmarjoram
• 1 TSP ofground paprika
• 1 TSP ofsalt
• 1 TSP ofpepper
• pickles
• mustard of your choice
• ketchup
