A delicious corn spinach filling...this can be used in making quesedillas, cold sandwiches, bread rolls etc.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup sweet corn
- 1 medium onion - finely chopped
- 3-4 flakes garlic - finely chopped
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
