- ## THE CHEESE SAUCE
- 1 tablespoon(s) butter
- 1 tablespoon(s) flour
- 3/4 cup(s) milk
- dash(es) onion powder
- dash(es) cayenne
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 1/2 - slices of white american cheese (like slices from the deli)
