• ¾ tsp all spice
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• ¼ tsp nutmeg
• ¼ tsp coconut sugar (or regular sugar)
• ⅓ cup butter
• 2/3 cup flour
• ½ tsp salt
• 4 cups milk
• 2 eggs
