• 12 Baby Potatoes boiled and peeled
• 1 tablespoon Coriander (Dhania) Seeds
• 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
• 1/2 tablespoon Fennel seeds (Saunf)
• 1/2 tablespoon Whole Black Peppercorns
• 2 Dry Red Chillies
• Oil as required
• 1-1/2 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
• 1-1/2 tablespoon Tamarind Paste
• 1/4 tablespoon Sugar
• 3 tablespoons Water
• Salt to taste
• Coriander (Dhania) Leaves as required, chopped
