These duck tortillas are amazing for lunch or dinner. Tender duck with crunchy corn, lettuce, pickled red onions and a refreshing easy homemade garlic sauce
Ingredients
- 8 tortillas
- 1 duck breast
- small can of crunchy corn
- 1/2 recipe for quick pickled red onions
- 2 spring onions
- 1/2 cucumber
- 2 large handful of lamb's lettuce
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 2 garlic cloves
- pepper and salt to taste
- juice of half a lemon
