• 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
• 2 small cans tomato sauce
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 small green pepper, chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon sugar
