Biscotti is my favorite cookie to make around the holidays. This recipe is so easy, and perfect for gifting to neighbors, family and friends.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup light olive oil
- ¾ cup sugar
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup chopped pecans
