- 1 1/2 cups mushrooms , sliced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 150 g feta , cut into small cubes
- 80 g butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 700 ml milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/3 teaspoon black pepper
- 2/3 cup cheese , grated
