• 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• 2 teaspoons sea salt
• 1/3 cup Panko bread crumbs
• 2 tablespoons Montreal Steak Seasoning
• 6 Crusty French Rolls, sliced in half
• 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
• 3 tomatoes, sliced
• 1 red onion, sliced
• 1 8-ounce bag of arugula
• 1 12-ounce bottle of Balsamic glaze
