Curry Bacon Burgers - Sutter Home Family Vineyards

Ingredients

• ½ cup mayonnaise
• 1/3 cup well chopped cilantro
• 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
• ½ teaspoon garlic salt
• 4 ounces blue cheese (crumbled)
• 2 lbs. premium ground chuck
• .5 lbs (1/2 roll) mild country pork sausage
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1 teaspoon ground mustard
• 1 tablespoon Blackened Seasoning
• 1 ½ tablespoons curry powder
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/3 cup red onion (finely chopped)
• 2 cloves garlic (finely minced)
• 6 1-inch cubes of blue cheese
• 6 strips uncooked bacon slices
• 12 toothpicks (for securing bacon to patties)
