• 2/3 Cup dark-brown sugar
• 1/4 Cup sugar
• 1/2 Cup cream
• 1/4 Cup unsalted Butter, melted, plus 3 tablespoon cold unsalted butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 Cup butterscotch sauce
