• 550g of apple, peeled and cored
• 2 eggs
• 150ml of sunflower oil
• 100ml of yoghurt, low fat
• 150g of plain flour, white
• 125g of wheat flour
• 150g of caster sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
