Ingredients

• 2-3 lbs (900g-1.3kg) bone-in, skin-on chicken pieces (thighs, drumsticks, breasts - your choice!)
• 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
• 1 medium lemon, cut into wedges
• 1 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/4 teaspoon paprika (smoked paprika is a plus!)
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
