- 3 tsp. dried oregano
- 2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- ¼ lemon, juiced
- ¼ cup melted garlic butter
- 3 cups grated mozzarella
- 1 small red onion thinly sliced
- 20-ish cherry tomatoes, quartered
- fresh oregano leaves for garnish
- lemon zest for garnish
