• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1/4 c. celery
• 1 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. pepper
• 1/2 tsp. sage
• 2 qt. dried bread crumbs
• 1 lg. carrot, chopped fine
• 1/2 stick melted margarine
