• Salt & pepper to taste
• 2 teaspoons ground cumin
• ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1 medium red, 1 medium yellow bell pepper, chopped
• 1 cup chopped onion
• 1 teaspoon minced garlic
• ½ cup dry cider
• 3 (15 ounce) cans great Northern beans, drained
• 3 cups chicken broth
