• 1 tsp Steak and Rib Rub
• ¼ tsp Cracked Penja Black Pepper
• ⅓ cup Red onion (thinly sliced)
• 3 Garlic cloves (thinly sliced)
• 4 cups Cremini mushrooms (thinly sliced)
• 4 sprigs Fresh thyme
• ¼ cup Flour
• ½ cup Red wine or beef broth
• 1 cup Beef broth
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• ½ cup Sour cream
• ½ cup Green peas (thawed if frozen)
