Ingredients

• 48 Bridgford Wheat or White Biscuits (code number 6285 or 6185)
• 24 cups prepared taco meat (see recipe below)*
• Shredded cheese
• Shredded lettuce
• Tomatoes, chopped (or prepared Pico de Gallo)
• 6 pounds raw ground beef (20% fat or less)
• 5 oz. fresh onion
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
• 14 oz. tomato paste
• 1 quart plus 1 cup water
• 2 tablespoons chili powder
• 1 tablespoon cumin
• 1½ teaspoons paprika
• 1½ teaspoons onion powder
