- cut pastrami or beef fry
- duck sauce
- 2 eggs for egg wash
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/8 cup of bbq sauce
- 2-3 tablespoons of sriracha or hot sauce
- 1-2 garlic cubes
- pinch of salt
