• 4 tbsp Mild Indian Sweet Pepper Pickle Buy
• 4 tbsp Chilli, Lime & Ginger Jelly Buy
• 2 Tuna Steaks
• Parsley for Garnishing
• Salt and pepper for seasoning
• Olive Oil
• 150ml White Wine
