Ingredients
- 3 Tb olive oil
- 8 crimini mushrooms, chopped
- 8 shiitake mushrooms, chopped
- 1 shallot, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1 & ⅓ lbs (1 package) ground turkey
- 3 or 4 sprigs fresh sage, leaves stripped and chopped
- 1 Tb worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
