Ingredients

• - 500 g lentils
• - 2 leeks
• - 2 - 3 carrots (depending on size)
• - ½ tuber of celery
• - 1 thick onion
• - 2 potatoes
• - 1 thyme sprig
• - 2 l clear meat stock
• - 250 g jerky
• - 20 g lard
• - Salt and pepper are added to taste for seasoning, as are 1-2 tablespoons of vinegar
