Ingredients

• 6 Large egg yolks
• 1 ½ cups Whole milk
• 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
• ¼ cup Fresh orange juice
• 1 tsp Grated orange zest
• 2 tbsp Brown sugar
• ½ tsp Ground cinnamon
• Kosher salt, as needed
