- ¼ cup of chocolate spread
- A handful of fresh berries
- A handful of crunchy granola sprinkles / or a handful of nuts & seeds
- Sweet option 2
- ¼ cup of peanut butter
- Swirl of raspberry jelly or jam or a handful of dried raspberries
- A packet of Marshmallows or Oreo
- Savoury
- 100g of shredded chicken
- Sliced shallots/spring onions
- 50gms cream cheese
