- 125g Soft Butter
- ¾ cup normal sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence (OR can use
- ½ Vanilla and 1 teaspoon coconut essence mix both)
- 2 cups dessicated coconut
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking powder
- (Optional 2 tablespoon Oil)
- Add eggs (one at a time)
- Add essences
- Add 100 & 1000 Sprinkles
