Ingredients
- 250g butter
- 1 cup icing sugar
- ¼ cup oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 cup corn flour
- 2 cups desiccated coconut
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1. Cream butter and sugar well.
- 2. Add oil ,vanilla and corn flour and beat.
- 3. Mix in coconut.
- 6. Bake at 140 deg for about 15min until lightly brown.
